Mr. Fabrice Lincoln

Fabrice Lincoln holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws. He has more than 12 years of professional experience in various leading international law firms in Australia. He is also an ACCPA Certified Professional (AML-CFT).

He worked as a senior lawyer in the fields of property and development, commercial law and corporations' law, amongst others. Fabrice adds expertise to Stanton’s legal governance and is assisted by a dedicated team, including qualified corporate governance professionals.

Mr. Rajeshwar Mancoo

Rajeshwar is a Chartered Secretary and holds an MBA with specialisation in Marketing. He is also an ACCPA Certified professional (AML-CFT).

Rajeshwar has a broad exposure ranging from banking to Tax Administration and to both Offshore and Onshore Corporate Secretarial and Administration serving as Director, Company Secretary and AMLRO to Offshore Management Companies and their clients. Rajeshwar has been Project Team Lead for the implementation of the Mauritius Revenue Authority.

Jean Benoit Yencana joined Stantons Ltd in 2021 as an Assistant Company Secretary.

Holder of a BSc (Hons) Management from the University of Mauritius, an LLB (Hons) from the University of London and Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), Jean Benoit has several years of experience in the Corporate Governance and Compliance field.

Before joining Stantons, he worked for reputable Company Services Providers and Offshore Management companies in Mauritius.

Mrs. Kirtee Joggesser Persand

Kirtee Joggesser Persand joined Stantons in 2021 as Compliance Executive. Holder of Bachelor in Law and Accounting & Finance from the University of Kent in the UK, she is also an ACCPA Certified professional (AML - CFT).

With over 5 years of experience in corporate administration and compliance, Kirtee has worked with different portfolio structures including companies, trusts, foundations, and funds within the domestic and global business sector.

She is currently completing the final level for ACCA examinations.

Ms. Yaëlle Desbleds

Yaëlle joined Stantons in 2019 as Client Support Officer and holds a diploma in Business Management from the MCCI Business School. She is also an ACCPA Certified Professional (Fraud and Risk Management).

She acquired significant experience and know-how as Sales Executive in a large corporation prior to joining Stantons. As Customer Service Officer, Yaëlle strives to build trust and strong long term relationships with Stantons’ customers.

Ms. Angelina Peng

Angelina Peng joined Stantons Ltd in 2021 as an Administrator. Holder of a BSC(Hons) International Hospitality Management from the University of Sunway Malaysia, she gained extensive experience in the hospitality field working for two 5* hotels.

As Administrator, Angelina provides governance & compliance and administrative support to the Company Secretary by maintaining company records, filing, writing reports, and liaising with the local authorities.
