Xavier de Chalain joined the Evaco Group in January 2020. Holder of a MBA with specialization in Management and Business Administration from the University Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, he has more than 18 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement specifically in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector.

Xavier gained global exposure by working for the largest Mauritian and African entities including Anheuser-Bush InBev.

Rajeshwar is a Chartered Secretary and holds an MBA with specialisation in Marketing. He is also an ACCPA Certified professional (AML-CFT).

Rajeshwar has a broad exposure ranging from banking to Tax Administration and to both Offshore and Onshore Corporate Secretarial and Administration serving as Director, Company Secretary and AMLRO to Offshore Management Companies and their clients. Rajeshwar has been Project Team Lead for the implementation of the Mauritius Revenue Authority.

Holder of a Professional degree in Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Management and Marketing, Catherine encompasses 18 years in the Sales and Marketing field in various industries including Construction, Courrier Services, Food and beverages, Professional Cleaning Services, Industrial Risk Management and Shipping. Prior joining Stantons Ltd, Catherine worked at the management level for the local subsidiary of an international company dealing with the Industrial risk management for the last 11 years where she has been able to use her acquired experience and skills to drive business growth, develop network of contacts, research new market opportunities and successfully lead a team.

Rekha joined Stantons in February 2022 as Assistant Company Secretary.

She is a seasoned professional having over 6 years of exposure in Corporate Administration and entity management, ranging from private limited companies to a portfolio of listed companies.

Rekha is currently reading for the final module leading the Chartered Governance Institute professional qualifications.

Her contribution is instrumental towards the maintenance of the corporate compliance status and good standing of our client portfolio. She is the main point of contact with the regulators and key stakeholders.

Yaëlle joined Stantons in 2019 as Client Support Officer and holds a diploma in Business Management from the MCCI Business School. She is also an ACCPA Certified Professional (Fraud and Risk Management).

She acquired significant experience and know-how as Sales Executive in a large corporation prior to joining Stantons. As Customer Service Officer, Yaëlle strives to build trust and strong long term relationships with Stantons’ customers.

Angelina Peng joined Stantons Ltd in 2021 as a Corporate Administrator. Holder of a BSC(Hons) International Hospitality Management from the University of Sunway Malaysia, she gained extensive experience in the hospitality field working for two 5* hotels.

As Corporate Administrator, Angelina provides governance & compliance and administrative support to the Company Secretary by maintaining company records, filing, writing reports, and liaising with the local authorities.

Durgeshwari holds an LLB from the University of London and is currently reading for her ICSA/CGI professional level papers. She joined Stantons Ltd in 2021 and is currently Corporate Administrator. Durgeshwari forms part of the Corporate Secretarial Department and assists the Company Secretary with minutes & resolutions drafting, organization of Board and shareholders meetings and corporate compliance reviews.

Isheeta holds a Master’s in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Brighton and is currently reading for the ACCA professional examinations. Prior to joining Stantons Ltd in January 2022, she worked for one of the major accounting and consultancy firms in Mauritius within its Risk Advisory Services and for one of leading offshore management companies in its Enterprise Risk and Regulatory Affairs. Isheeta brings on board her expertise & experience in Risk Management to our AML/CFT Compliance Team.
